Milana Srećkov

Managing Partner

Milana leads 0to1 as Managing Partner. She is the firm's commercial and operational lead, chairs the partner committee, and is personally accountable for the firm's client relationships and delivery standard.

A strategy and finance executive with more than fifteen years' experience leading growth, transformation, and performance initiatives across real estate, construction, services, and agriculture. Her operating signature is the alignment of strategic priorities with operational and financial execution - enabling organizations to scale across complex, multi-market environments.

Most recently, Group CFO at Marera Investment Group, a major regional real estate and services platform, where she oversaw group finance across more than thirty legal entities and led capital structure, M&A, portfolio optimization, and integration programs. Earlier, at Victoria Group, she directed strategic planning, business development, and a landmark EUR 250+ million debt restructuring with international and domestic banks.

"Pick the right battles, move fast with discipline, and build solutions that travel. We're only getting started."

02 / Senior Advisor

Anne MacGregor

Senior Advisor, European Affairs - non-executive

Anne is 0to1's Senior Advisor for European Affairs. Based in Brussels, she is the firm's institutional counterparty inside the EU - the advisor whose desk European-level mandates land on, and whose three-decade record makes her one of the most distinctive operators in European competition, regulation, and strategic communications.

Anne has more than thirty years of experience in EU law, policy, advocacy, and journalism, having begun her career in Brussels in 1993. Her practice spans EU and UK competition law, merger control, state aid, antitrust investigations, foreign subsidies, FDI, trade, energy, enlargement, and broader regulatory and compliance frameworks. She has acted before the European Commission, the EU General Court, the European Court of Justice, and national regulators - for multinationals, governments, and NGOs.

Her role at 0to1 is non-executive, structurally parallel to Bogdan's: she advises, she does not run. She holds no operational, executive, or management capacity at the firm - consistent with Article 437 of the Belgian Judicial Code and the OVB Code of Ethics. In her current legal capacity she is a Partner at Gecić Law, leading the firm's Brussels presence.

"Whatever the challenge - competition, regulation, reputation, capital - clients deserve more than one discipline in the room. They deserve a counterparty who has done all of them."

Nataša Mitrović

Partner, People & Organization

Nataša leads the People & Organization practice at 0to1 and ranks immediately below the Managing Partner in the operational hierarchy - the firm's second-in-grade. She is 0to1's authority on how serious companies are built: the leadership, structure, culture, and performance architecture that turn a plan into a company and a company into an institution.

A seasoned human-capital professional with more than fifteen years of experience across real estate, sport retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Her range covers talent acquisition, people development, HR operations, and organizational strategy - with a hallmark ability to align human-capital initiatives with business objectives and drive HR transformations that fuel growth.

Most recently, Human Resources Director at Marera Properties, where she orchestrated the integration of multiple facilities and real-estate service companies and scaled the HR function across vertically integrated operations. Earlier, at Sport Vision, she contributed to a tripling of the head-office workforce and developed the acclaimed "Sport Vision Playoff" graduate-talent program.

"Culture is what the company rewards when no one is watching. Everything else is a poster."

04 / Founding Advisor

Bogdan Gecić

Founding Advisor - non-executive

Bogdan is a founding advisor to 0to1. His role is non-executive: he is the firm's intellectual counterparty on strategy, governance, and capital, and the link between 0to1 and the ecosystem of founders, boards, and institutions he has built over two decades.

In his day-to-day capacity, Bogdan is the Founding Partner of Gecić Law, the international law firm he founded and leads. The practice is anchored in Serbia and extends across Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the European Union through Gecić Law's offices in Belgrade, Podgorica, Sarajevo, and Brussels. It focuses on EU competition and state aid, European law, trade and enlargement, and administrative and regulatory matters, with additional expertise in ESG, FDI, government affairs, M&A, and constitutional litigation. He is among a select few practitioners from the Adria region regularly advising before the European Commission, EU institutions, OLAF, and the Energy Community.

Among the four named principals, he is the only one whose title carries the word "founding" - reflecting his role in standing the firm up. He holds no operational, executive, or management capacity at the firm, consistent with Article 21 of the Serbian Legal Profession Act.

Under his leadership, Gecić Law was named a three-time winner at The Lawyer European Awards 2025. Bogdan is a Legal 500 Hall of Fame lawyer in Competition, the 2025 Serbia Litigator of the Year (Benchmark Litigation Europe), a Litigation Star, a Chambers & Partners ranked practitioner, and a Lexology Index Thought Leader in M&A and Governance.

"The companies worth advising are the ones that have decided to do something specific. Everything else is noise dressed up as strategy."
